Fluoroquinolones like ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin Thioamides like ethionamide, prothionamide Cycloserine Para aminosalicylic acid Third line drugs : Rifabutin Macrolides like clarythromycin Linezolid Thioacetazone Vitamin D Thioridazine
Co-administration of anastrozole and tamoxifen in breast cancer patients reduced anastrozole plasma concentration by 27%. Estrogen-containing therapies should not be used with anastrozole as they may diminish its pharmacological action.
