Amphetamine may decrease the sedative activities of dexchlorpheniramine maleate. Baclofen with dexchlorpheniramine maleate may increase the risk or severity of adverse effects. Azelastine with dexchlorpheniramine may increase the CNS depressant activities of azelastine. Betahistine with dexchlorpheniramine maleate may decrease the therapeutic efficacy of betahistine.
