Bacterial vaginosis : is a type of vaginal inflammation that results from the overgrowth of one of several types of bacteria normally present in the vagina, upsetting the natural balance of vaginal bacteria. Treatment antibiotics Metronidazole or clindamycin either orally or vaginally are effective treatment.The usual medical regimen for treatment is the antibiotic Metronidazole (500 mg twice a day, once every 12 hours) for 7 days. Extended release metronidazole is an alternative recommendation.Alternatively, antibiotics may be applied topically (vaginally).
Albuterol: Use with caution; the CV effects of albuterol may be potentiated. CYP2D6 inhibitors (eg, fluoxetine, paroxetine, quinidine)The AUC and peak plasma level of atomoxetine may be increased. Dosage adjustment may be necessary. CYP3A4 substrates (eg, midazolam):Plasma concentrations may be increased by atomoxetine; however, dosage adjustments are not recommended. MAOIs (eg, isocarboxazid): Coadministration is contraindicated. Do not administer atomoxetine within 2 weeks after discontinuing an MAOI and do not initiate treatment with an MAOI within 2 weeks after discontinuing atomoxetine. Pressor agents (eg, dobutamine, dopamine): Possible increased BP. Use with caution.
