Avoid concurrent use with drugs that inhibit hepatic enzymes CYP1A2 and CYP2D6. Anticoagulants: May increase bleeding risk. Drugsthat reduce gastric acidity: May cause premature breakdown of duloxetin's protective coating and erly release of the drugs.
