Increased risk of ventricular arrhythmias when moxifloxacin given with amiodarone so avoid concomitant use. Absorption of moxifloxacin reduced by antacids. Increased risk of ventricular arrhythmias when moxifloxacin given with tricyclics so avoid concomitant use. Increased risk of ventricular arrhythmias when moxifloxacin given with atomoxetine. Increased risk of ventricular arrhythmias when moxifloxacin given with chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine so avoid concomitant use. Increased risk of ventricular arrhythmias when moxifloxacin given with disopyramide so avoid concomitant use. Increased risk of ventricular arrhythmias when moxifloxacin given with parenteral erythromycin so avoid concomitant use.
