Intravenous
Adult: 

Prophylaxis of Candida infection in haematopoietic stem cell transplantation recipients:
50 mg once daily, given as an IV infusion over 1 hour

Oesophageal candidiasis:
150 mg once daily, given as an IV infusion over 1 hour

Candidaemia:
100 mg once daily, given as an IV infusion over 1 hour. Average duration of treatment: 15 days (range: 10-47 days)

Acute disseminated candidiasis:
100 mg once daily, given as an IV infusion over 1 hour. Average duration of treatment: 15 days (range: 10-47 days)

Candida peritonitis and abscesses:
100 mg once daily, given as an IV infusion over 1 hour. Average duration of treatment: 15 days (range: 10-47 days).

Aspergillosis:
50-150 mg once daily, given as an IV infusion over 1 hour. Up to 300 mg/day may be given in severe or refractory disease
