Cytarabine possibly reduces plasma concentration of flucytosine. Intracellular concentration of cytarabine increased by fludarabine . Avoid concomitant use of cytarabine with clozapine (increased risk of agranulocytosis). Cytarabine reduce absorption of digoxin tablets. Cytarabine possibly reduce absorption of phenytoin.
