Eye - Blurred vision, redness, burning sensation, or irritation to the eye and sensitivity to sunlight.

Drug Dose Information

Diagnostic procedures requiring mydriasis and cyclopegia:
Adults: Instill 1 drop of 1% solution in eye, followe by another drop in 5 minutes, 40 to 50 minutes before procedure.Use 2% solution in heavily pigmented irises.

Children:  Instill 1 drop of 0.5%, 1%, or 2% solution in each eye, followe by 1 drop in 5 minutes,if necessary, 40 to 50 minutes before procedure.

Precautions

Patients with open-angle glaucoma,at risk for developing narrow-angle glaucoma
Urinary obstruction
Down syndrome
Any allergy
Who are taking other medications
Children
Elderly
During pregnancy and breastfeeding
