Angina : Definition: Angina is chest pain or discomfort that occurs when an area of the heart is deprived of oxygen. It is typically described as a crushing or squeezing sensation in the chest and may radiate to the jaw, shoulders, arm or back. Decreased tadalafil serum concentration with CYP 3A4 inducers e.g. rifampicin, efavirenz, carbamazepine, nevirapine, barbiturates, phenobarbital, phenytoin, ribabutin. Enhanced hypotensive effect with nitrates and nicorandil. Increased tadalafil serum concentration with CYP3A4 inhibitors e.g. azole antifungals, protease inhibitors, cimetidine, macrolides.
