Store at controlled room temperature (15° to 30°C) and in an airtight container.
Severe hepatic impairment Hypersensitivity Hematopoietic disorders such as neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, or disorders of hemostasis Active pathologic bleeding from peptic ulceration Active intracranial bleeding

Ticlopidine level may decrease when given with antacids. Ticlopidine given with aspirin and other NSAID’s may increase effect of aspirin on platelets. So use cautiously. Cimetidine may decrease clearance of ticlopidine and increase risk of toxicity. So avoid using together. Ticlopidine may decrease digoxin level. Increased risk of bleeding when ticlopidine given with anticoagulants like heparin, warfarin, enoxaparin and fibrinolytics like alteplase. So discontinue these drugs before starting ticlopidine.
