This medication is available in the form of tablet, a liquid to take by mouth, with food one to four times a day or once every alternate day.
Tablets: Store protected from light. Injection: Store protected from light, in a single dose or in multi dose containers.
Hypersensitivity Systemic infections including tuberculosis.

Symptoms Signs and symptoms include: • Back pain, caused by a fractured or collapsed vertebra • Loss of height over time • A stooped posture • A bone fracture that occurs much more easily than expected Treatments For both men and women, the most widely prescribed osteoporosis medications are bisphosphonates. Examples include: • Alendronate (Fosamax, Binosto) • Risedronate (Actonel, Atelvia) • Ibandronate (Boniva) • Zoledronic acid (Reclast, Zometa)
Increased requirement of insulin and oral hypoglycaemics. Actions blunted by barbiturates, phenytoin, rifampicin. Increased bioavailability with oestrogens and oral contraceptives. Increases plasma salicylate levels. Increased risk of convulsions when used with ciclosporin, increased clearance by carbimazole or carbamazepine. Increased risk of GI bleeding and ulceration when used with NSAIDs. May decrease methotrexate clearance.
