Enhanced hypotensive effect when perindopril given with aldesleukin. Enhanced hypotensive effect when perindopril given with alpha-blockers. Enhanced hypotensive effect when perindopril given with alprostadil. Enhanced hypotensive effect when perindopril given with general anaesthetics. Enhanced hypotensive effect when perindopril given with angiotensin-II receptor antagonists. Absorption of perindopril possibly reduced by antacids. Enhanced hypotensive effect when perindopril given with antipsychotics. Enhanced hypotensive effect when perindopril given with anxiolytics and hypnotics. Risk of renal impairment when perindopril given with aspirin (in doses over 300 mg daily), also hypotensive effect antagonised.
